More from me to me ...


In this time of the pandemic I have had many ups and downs, being at home practically 24/7, where it was not necessary to get ready to go out, being in house clothes all day, sports or in pajamas made me focus on everything else except on me.

I'm taking care of myself again, fixing my nails (If I have to paint them every two days because the paint falls off from washing dishes, I will) take care of my hair, which really looked like a broom, get going with exercises.


In general, I am one of those who start and leave early, I get discouraged when I do not see fast results, even knowing that no result is fast I always fall into that vice, now it is different, I am not thinking of reducing as such (Although if I reduce it would be cool ) I am thinking of keeping my body active, not letting it consume due to sedentary lifestyle, keeping it healthy, without thinking about standard sizes.


Being at home means that very few routines can be fulfilled, but I want to make going for a walk in the morning, eating without so many sweets and more fruits a habit. A healthy habit for everyone at home.


There are days when I am demotivated, but I am learning to encourage myself, to motivate myself, to hug me when I want to give up, learn to love and accept myself, to dedicate time to myself, to understand that all changes begin with oneself is difficult, sometimes we want things change but we do not begin to change.


I want to love myself much more, I know that it will improve not only my moods, but also the way I see everything else, my body, my self-esteem, my security.
